ONLINE REGISTRATION
We are very happy that we can meet again on site for our services! In order to provide church services, we are obliged by the authorities to provide detailed contact information for each visitor. This way, in case of suspicion of Corona, contact can be made with all church attendees.
Of course, we will treat your contact information confidentially and store it exclusively for this purpose.
Terms and conditions of participation:
I agree that in case of a chain of infection within the Globalheart Church services my data will be passed on to the responsible health authority.
I acknowledge that the wearing of a mask from the entrance to my own seat is obligatory. The mask may be taken off at the seat. However, singing without a mask is NOT allowed.
I am aware that somebody else will miss the chance to attend the service if I do not show up despite of my online registration and if I do not cancel my registration by email.
I acknowledge that I must have checked in by the end of the check-in time (1. service 9:00-9:20 ; 2. service 10:30-10:50), otherwise the reservation can be released for spontaneous visitors.
Should I feel flu symptoms of any kind, I will stay at home and inform the church via email to cancel my reservation.
I acknowledge that I can still check in my children at Global Kids as before, but I should have registered them online in advance as well.
I will do everything possible to comply with the infection control rules.
