Q: Do I need to book a seat to attend a service?
A: Yes! We will be keeping in accordance with the government restriction of 150 person capacity. Therefore booking for you and your family is essential. We will be running additional services simultaneously to our standard service times to ensure there is a place for everyone.
Q: Will there be a kid's program available?
A: Yes. Global Kids and creche will be available at all our services. We ask if your child is attending that they bring their water bottle.
Q: What is the age range for the Global Kids program?
A: Our Global Kids program takes ages one (and walking) through to year 6.
Q. Where is the Global Kids Program located?
A: Our creche for children aged 1 (and walking) to 3, is located in our Winton Road building.
Our “Bounce” & “Splash” for children aged 3 (and toilet trained) to Grade 6, is located in our Lincoln Lane building through the Playgroup entrance.
Q: Will there be an allocation for prams? Can I bring a pram?
A: Yes, we do have room for prams in our services.
Q: Will I be able to socialise in the building after the service?
A: Yes, our café area will be open before and after the service for you to grab a hot cuppa coffee and to socialise. We will keep in accordance to social distancing and masks must be worn on the premises at all times.
Q: Can I come to the service if I'm unwell?
A: If you have experienced any COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms in the last two weeks, we ask that you please stay home and watch our Online Service.
Q: What are the government guidelines for patrons in one location?
A: The Government guidelines for Patrons:
Maintain social distancing requirements, as recommended by the WA government and health advice.
Follow government guidelines for venue capacities and gathering limits.
Maintain hygiene and frequent cleaning.
Maintain attendance records of people for contact tracing, and carefully manage shared spaces to ensure physical distancing.
Masks must be won at all times on church premises. Children under the age of 12 do not have to wear masks
Q: Do I have to pay?
A: Our services are free to attend.
Q: What is the duration of a service?
A: Just over an hour.
Q: Will I be able to get prayer after the service?
A: Not at this stage - due to social distancing requirements. However, you are always more than welcome to fill out a prayer request card here, and we will pray for you during the week and stand with you and believe with you in prayer.

Q: Will online services still be available?
A: Yes. Our online service 'Globalheart at Home' is available every Sunday at 9 am (AWST), where we will have a service available to watch on YouTube and Facebook.
